Ivanka Trump Shared Her Parental Hack for Staying Home With Kids All Day and It Backfired Spectacularly
More and more Americans have begun working from home in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, with restaurants and other non-essential businesses around the country closing until further notice.
President Donald Trump's eldest daughter and advisor has followed suit and begun doing...whatever it is she does remotely as well.
She recently posted about staying home with her kids on Twitter.

The first daughter suggested building a "camp out" in the living room, while packing food and treats for a simulated camping experience.
The tweet praised the idea as "a fun activity that also brings family together for a meal."
Under the Trump administration, thousands of immigrant family members have been forcibly separated from each other, including children from parents. Many of them remain in overcrowded border facilities, even in the face of a pandemic.
People were quick to point out the legions of people who've been disenfranchised due to the Trump administration, while Ivanka still gets to enjoy playtime with her children.

This is far from the first time Ivanka's been roasted for a tone-deaf tweet.
She's previously faced ridicule for tweeting that she's "en route to the hague," for a possibly illegal Fathers' Day wish to her dad, and even faced the famous social media clapbacks of Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez herself.
