Donald Trump Once Again Claimed Mexico Will Pay for His Border Wall, and Mexico's President Just Clapped Back

At a campaign rally in Nashville, Tennessee on Tuesday, President Donald Trump reaffirmed his pledge that Mexico will pay for a border wall between Mexico and the United States.

“In the end, Mexico is going to pay for the wall,” Trump told cheering crowds. The president then accused Mexico of "doing nothing to help" the United States solve the issue of illegal immigration.

They make all of this money, and they do absolutely nothing to stop people from going through Mexico, from Honduras and all these other countries, the caravan, all of this stuff. They do nothing to help us, nothing.

Trump insisted: “They’re going to pay for the wall, and they’re going to enjoy it."

Mexico's President Enrique Pena Nieto fired back at Trump on Twitter, once again reminding him that Mexico is never going to pay for his wall.

President : NO. Mexico will NEVER pay for a wall. Not now, not ever. Sincerely, Mexico (all of us).

The Mexican President's sentiments were shared on Twitter.

More people joined in, criticizing the president for continuing to falsely claim Mexico is going to pay for a border wall.

And this isn't the first time Mexican leaders have fired back at Trump over his proposed Mexico-funded border wall.

In February, Former Mexican President Vicente Fox told Fox host Maria Bartiromo, "Mexico is not going to pay for that f*cking wall."

And last summer, Fox put out a video lambasting Trump's proposed wall, which Fox referred to as "stupid" and "racist."

As the former President of Mexico, I want to speak directly to you, the current President of the Electoral College of the United States, because we need to get something straight between our two countries. And it isn't going to be a f*cking wall. Donald, under no circumstances, will we pay for this stupid, useless, racist monument.
