All-caps rants on Truth Social are definitely a signature move for Trump, and his latest rant about how persecuted he is fits his format perfectly.
Trump insisted that his potential prosecution for mishandling classified documents is unfair, and that he should not be prosecuted—calling the potential trial a "witch hunt."
Trump's rant on Truth Social contained several of his usual talking points, and a lot of finger-pointing.
"How can DOJ possibly charge me, who did nothing wrong, when no other president's [sic] were charged, when Joe Biden won't be charged for anything, including the fact that he has 1,850 boxes, much of it classified, and some dating back to his senate day when even democrat senators are shocked."
"Also, President Clinton had documents, and won in court."
"Crooked Hillary deleted 33,000 emails, many of them classified, and wasn't even close to being charged!"
"Only Trump - the greatest witch hunt of all time!"

Many assumed the timing of Trump's tantrum had something to do with his attorneys' trip to the Department of Justice offices.
The visit was observed earlier today by CBS reporter Rob Legare and reported on Twitter by CBS' Robert Costa.

While Special Counsel Jack Smith has not yet announced Trump will face trial, it certainly seems like he assumes he will be prosecuted for mishandling classified documents.
