Fox News personality Jeanine Pirro took to the airwaves on Tuesday to go after President Joe Biden as he met with survivors of the devastating wildfires that killed at least 115 people in Maui.

However, her remarks were ridiculed, as many viewers noted the striking resemblance between her description of Biden's behavior and that of former President Donald Trump.

Pirro vehemently criticized Biden's actions and demeanor during his visit to the scene of the devastating Maui wildfire.

The trigger for Pirro's fiery commentary was a moment during Biden's visit to the wildfire site, where he patted a search-and-rescue dog and remarked about the dog's protective boots. Some Republicans have criticized this interaction, interpreting it as inappropriate given the serious nature of the situation.

You can hear what Pirro said in the video below.

Pirro said:

“This guy has been lying from the moment he came on the political scene. He has a lack of empathy."
"He is egocentric. He’s got a condescending smirk whenever anybody asks him a question from the press. He’s lying and he’s narcissistic.”
“He’s a narcissist and an egomaniac who’s trying to make it about himself."

However, Pirro's remarks were met with skepticism and irony from many viewers, who pointed out that her description of Biden's behavior uncannily resembled that of Trump—which has frequently been considered insensitive or self-centered—during his time in office. And yet Pirro has been an avid supporter of Trump.

She was swiftly called out.

Pirro's remarks came after the Republican National Committee (RNC) criticized Biden for engaging with the cadaver dog involved in search and recovery efforts.

The RNC had posted a video of the moment highlighting Biden's remark that the dog was walking on "hot ground."

The organization's attempt to discredit the President for stopping to pat the dog prompted a response from White House Deputy Press Secretary Andrew Bates, referred to the significant role of the cadaver dog in the ongoing search for human remains and denounced the RNC's criticism as "classless and stupid."
