Poppy Brent-Berkus was born March 23, 2015. From the moment she was born, she lit up her fathers' lives.

The couple poured all their love into their little girl and shared on social media how parenthood had transformed them. Nate and Jeremiah are amazing dads. They gave Poppy everything she could want. Oskar Brent-Berkus was born March 27, 2018. His birthday is just 4 days after his sister Poppy's birthday, despite being 3 years apart in age. The two may become closer as they grow up for sharing that special day.

It's clear the two Brent-Berkus siblings get along well. Oskar is probably too young to be much trouble but Poppy showed real sweetness to her brother. For example, on National Siblings Day, Nate posted this adorable photo of the siblings cuddling.

Its clear Nate's and Jeremiah's hearts have grown even bigger as their family expands. The four make an adorable and happy family that is a joy to watch on the show.
