With the Republican dominated Senate set to acquit him on impeachment charges of abuse of power and obstruction of Congress, President Donald Trump is set to give his State of the Union address on Tuesday night.

Trump insists that his corrupt dealings with Ukraine were "perfect" and is expected to say the same in his address tonight.

But with a Senate impeachment trial that called no additional witnesses despite new explosive allegations, coupled with yet another year of the tumult that's come to characterize the Trump administration, it will be hard for many Americans to believe in the superlatives the President will award himself tonight.

C-SPAN's official Twitter account asked its followers what they believed the State of the Union was.

It got real really fast.

With Trump defined by television ratings, some vowed not to watch the address at all.

Even some lawmakers have said they won't attend the address.
