Just a little over a month after Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson, and other European leaders were caught mocking President Donald Trump, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Syrian President Bashar al-Assad were caught joking about Trump as well.

The video was leaked from coverage of Putin's visit to Syria.

Watch below.

Assad said:

"If Trump arrives along this road [to Syrian capital Damascus], everything will become normal with him too."

Putin joked that Trump would jump at the chance, before offering to facilitate the meeting:

"Invite him. He will come...I will tell him."

Trump's subservience to Putin has been a major criticism of his presidency and even his 2016 campaign.

Trump sided with Putin over U.S. intelligence officials by defending Putin's claim that Russian military intelligence units didn't launch a targeted campaign to interfere with the 2016 election. During the campaign, he infamously asked Russia to target Hillary Clinton's emails—a request that Russia fulfilled.

The new video didn't do much to assure people of Trump's reputation among world leaders.

Putin's confidence that he could facilitate the meeting was not lost on people either.

Trump has yet to respond to the video.
