Comedian and radio host Howard Stern made waves earlier this month when he skewered President Donald Trump and his supporters in an interview with New York Daily News.
The shock jock said that he hated Trump's supporters more than he hated Trump himself, because his supporters enable Trump's stupidity and recklessness.
He went on to say that Trump actually hates his supporters because many of them are working class, and said that the most patriotic thing Trump could do is resign.
Stern's words provoked a Twitter meltdown from Trump's eldest son, Donald Trump Jr.
In an appearance on the Jim and Sam Show, Junior said:
"That's total bulls---. The reality is this: My dad was able to do what he did when he won this election by being able to relate to those guys, the blue-collar worker that Donald Trump spent his entire career with."
Stern responded by heaping sarcastic praise upon Junior, saying:
"I can't argue with him, that kid is such a success. He is such a wit, he is such a genius. He would have made a fortune if he wasn't under his father's thumb. Game over. You can't argue with a genius like that. You can't argue with that kind of bravery...Even the guys in Afghanistan right now are going, 'Jesus Christ, what a kid.'"
"I only pray to God that his comments will impress his father and his father will give him love. He'll get some good attention."
Junior was none too happy.
But others only joined in the roasting of Junior.
Junior's claims that Donald Trump is a champion of the working class were laughable.
