In a speech at the White House last week, Democratic President Joe Biden called out Republican Senator from Florida Rick Scott for his GOP "Rescue Plan," saying:
"Rick Scott of Florida proposed a plan, I wish I had enough copies to hand out...proposed a plan requiring Congress to vote on the future of Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid every five years."
Scott, who is also a former Governor of Florida, has been pitching his Rescue America plan hard lately. And after Biden's call-out, Scott figured he'd give Biden what he asked for.
Scott posted on Twitter:
The website for Scott's brilliant plan that he's so proud of includes such gems as:
"Humans are born male and female, there are two genders, and to deny that is to deny science."
"We are going to eliminate racial politics in America."
"No tax dollars will be used to pay for any diversity training or other woke indoctrination that is hostile to faith."
Biden fired back over Twitter just a few hours later though with a savage trolling tweet.
Twitter users immediately took the opportunity to rip on Scott, with many bringing up his significant past failures.
Others just appreciated Biden's snark.
Others voiced their support for Medicare and Social Security.
Scott's plan to earn some online clout seems to have done more to give his opponents a chance to dunk on him than anything.
